71)

Well. I'm taking the GRE in July. (and August more than likely) However, I'll be doing terrible because of my horrendous math skills. I've been spending no less than two hours a day studying for the test and I'm still feeling fairly incompetent. Woo hoo. On the plus side, I'm narrowing down schools and am down to three that are most desirable. Eventually, something has to pan out for me... right??

The GRE is a test of your logical and strategic reasoning more than of your vast math skills.

I'm a teacher for Kaplan, and we have a great blog about the GRE and graduate school admissions that is full of tips you should find useful. I hope you'll give it a visit at http://blog.kaplangradprep.com/

Here are a couple posts in particular that I think will help drive home the idea that you can do better at the Quant section than you may expect:

Thanks! I'll certainly check them out! I have the Kaplan vocab app for my phone and I'm on it for at least an hour each night!

Oh that's great! My students love that app.

If you have any ideas for blog posts you'd like to see, please let me know.

I checked out both links! Thanks for the tips... I really am quite the math dunce! If I have any ideas I'll send 'em your way!

Thanks again!
