Scratch Ice Cream off the List!

I have a good friend who was more than happy to help me shake up some homemade ice cream on Christmas Eve. Thank goodness for all of the snow cause we needed it! After a good 25 minutes of shaking and rubbing (the bags of ingredients) we didn't seem to have anything more than sugary milk! So, we came up with the brilliant idea to throw it outside in the snow for a bit to thicken it up! Even though we may have cheated we had a delicious desert after an hour or so. To keep things short and sweet, let's just say that 50 is finished! Onward we go into the new year! =]
