Stop This Heartbreak Overload

There is an over abundance of country duets like the following video. I would have thrown in some Johnny and June, but who doesn't know about there tense love now that "Walk the Line" has blown through the American cinemas? And they kinda did things in reverse when you think about it. Plus, they ended up being those epic sort of soulmates that found each other despite everything. Yeah, Notebook kinda love, I know! However, the following videos all share that wonderful ending every movie goer hates! You know the one, no definite answer but the 8 ball is whispering things like "reply hazy, try again," or "outlook not so good."

And the beat goes on...

Trisha Yearwood - This is Me You're Talking To

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw - Like We Never Loved At All

I put your picture away
I wonder where you've been
I cant look at you while I'm lyin next to him
---
I was headed to church. I was off to drink you away.

Sheryl Crow and Kid Rock (Yeah, they count...) Picture

And mm mmm mmMMendocino County Line with it's beautiful lyrics and video. Oh, the pairing of Lee Ann Womack (a personal favorite female vocalist) and the classic Willie Nelson is like good Whiskey. Sure, it might burn a bit, but it is a familiar burn that grows into a smooth appreciation. Mmm delicious.

And... this is totally becoming a music blog. Which wasn't my intention. In other news, the first day was good but a bunch of my exciting plans are now on hold. Time to practice optimism... which isn't my strong suit, but I'm gonna wear it anyway!

1. Thanks, I meant to check that before I published the post but... I forgot. No surprise there.

2. I'm surprised you hadn't heard that song! You must have been living under a rock when it came out cause EVERY radio station seemed to play it out.

3. Thanks! =]
